What is The Grand Ride?

The Grand Ride is the most famous and anticipated event at THE BIKES Festival - a massive organized procession bringing together over 4,000 riders from across the Kingdom, the Gulf states, and the world.

Riders on different types of motorcycles and brands - sport, classic, touring, and custom - will unite in an epic procession celebrating passion, freedom, and the spirit of brotherhood in the global biker community.

Official Supervision

Under official supervision from Civil Defense, General Security, Traffic Department, and the Saudi Red Crescent, this event will be an official attempt to enter the Guinness World Records

How to Register

Step 1: Complete Registration Form

Provide your information: Full name, phone, email, nationality, city, club name, motorcycle details, license plate, driver's license upload, and safety commitment confirmation.

Step 2: Pay Registration Fee

200 SAR includes:

Step 3: Receive Confirmation

You'll receive your unique QR Code, registration number, gathering and start time, detailed safety instructions, and route map.

Step 4: Collect Your Package

On gathering day, collect your Grand Ride t-shirt, participant number for motorcycle, printed map, and emergency information.

Safety Guidelines

Before the Ride
  • Inspect your motorcycle (brakes, tires, lights)
  • Fill fuel tank completely
  • Wear complete safety gear
  • Have fully charged phone
  • Drink sufficient water
During the Ride
  • Comply with designated speed
  • Maintain safe distance (10 m minimum)
  • Stay in your assigned formation
  • Follow leader instructions
  • Use signals clearly
  • No overtaking
  • No stunts or dangerous moves
  • No lane changes
In Case of Emergency
  • Stop safely on the right side
  • Call emergency numbers provided
  • Wait for support team
